Hippidippi uses plant-based ingredients that are loaded with natural goodness and grown locally, when possible, on this fertile island to support local farmers and reduce our carbon footprint. Nothing artificial is added.

Our inspiration comes from faraway cultures with seductive cuisines, where the often complex and always satisfying tastes have been treasured since time immemorial. We also add local flair with ingredients unique to Taiwan.
