Chocolate Hummousse Lava Brownie

Healthy, simple, and absolutely delicious!

All you need is Hippidippi’s Chocolate Hummousse, which magically transforms into something very close to a lava brownie with just the addition of heat!

Then you’ll get to enjoy the creamy goodness of chickpeas and nuttiness of tahini with the indulgent flavours of cocoa, coconut, and vanilla, all brought together with the silky milk of the bamnut.

It’s the perfect low-guilt, gluten-free dessert! 

Ingredients

Hippidippi Chocolate Hummousse

Your favourite fruits (e.g., strawberries, blueberries, bananas)

Nuts or coconut flakes (optional)


Instructions

1. Scoop the Chocolate Hummousse into a ramekin or oven-safe bowl.

2. Heat in the microwave for about 30 seconds, or bake in an oven at 200°C/390°F for around 10 minutes, until the brownie surface slightly cracks but remains molten inside.

3. Let it cool slightly, then top with your favourite fruits.

4. Add a finishing touch of coconut flakes, crushed nuts, or a sprinkle of sea salt for extra flavour.
