We’ve found an awesome new way to eat Hippidippi, using these magic organic veggie sheets available from Green and Safe in pumpkin, tomato and taro flavours.
Our dips spread on fuss-free, and the sheets themselves are gluten-free, light, and don’t break easily. This makes the rolling process a breeze, and the mishmash of fillings can be wrapped in tight, snug as a bug in a rug. This is great for a variety of sprouts, which can be unruly in an open salad!

3 tbsp Kalamata Hummus
1 sheet Japanese organic veggie sheet (pumpkin flavour)
Buckwheat sprouts
Sunflower sprouts
Fenugreek sprouts (sourced from Xin Feng Farm)
Soil-grown sesame (perilla) leaves
Cherry radishes
