Hummus Formosa Toast

This super versatile dip goes oh-so-well on any type of bread, and is easy to customise with a variety of toppings. Healthy snacking never tasted so good!


Ingredients

  • Hippidippi Hummus Formosa
  • Bread slices
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Cucumbers
  • Olives
  • Fresh herbs for garnish
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 200C.
  2. Place cherry tomatoes on a baking sheet, brush with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, bake for 20-25 mins.
  3. Spread a think layer of hummus on each slice of bread.
  4. Top with various combinations of roasted tomatoes, olives and cucumbers.
  5. Garnish with fresh herbs.
  6. Let a good mood wash over you!
