This super versatile dip goes oh-so-well on any type of bread, and is easy to customise with a variety of toppings. Healthy snacking never tasted so good!
Ingredients
- Hippidippi Hummus Formosa
- Bread slices
- Cherry tomatoes
- Cucumbers
- Olives
- Fresh herbs for garnish
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 200C.
- Place cherry tomatoes on a baking sheet, brush with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, bake for 20-25 mins.
- Spread a think layer of hummus on each slice of bread.
- Top with various combinations of roasted tomatoes, olives and cucumbers.
- Garnish with fresh herbs.
- Let a good mood wash over you!
