Muhammara "Pizza"

Muhammara makes a flavourful alternative to tomato sauce, and this no-bake treat gives you that pizza vibe in just a few easy steps.

Ingredients
  • Hippidippi Muhammara
  • Any kind of flat, round bread or wrap (pita, naan, tortillas, pre-cooked pizza crust)
  • Spinach, blanched
  • Feta cheese
  • Coriander (cilantro)
Instructions
  1. Place the bread on a plate (we used a flaxseed high protein wrap)
  2. In a pot of boiling water, blanch the spinach for 1 minute. Remove and let cool. Squeeze any remaining water out.
  3. Spread Muhammara on the bread/wrap.
  4. Top with feta, spinach, and coriander
