Muhammara makes a flavourful alternative to tomato sauce, and this no-bake treat gives you that pizza vibe in just a few easy steps.
Ingredients
- Hippidippi Muhammara
- Any kind of flat, round bread or wrap (pita, naan, tortillas, pre-cooked pizza crust)
- Spinach, blanched
- Feta cheese
- Coriander (cilantro)
Instructions
- Place the bread on a plate (we used a flaxseed high protein wrap)
- In a pot of boiling water, blanch the spinach for 1 minute. Remove and let cool. Squeeze any remaining water out.
- Spread Muhammara on the bread/wrap.
- Top with feta, spinach, and coriander
