This recipe really shows how versatile our dips can be. It's super simple and quick, too, which is always a bonus!
We have included some courgettes (zucchini), as they really shine with Muhammara and add some green goodness--a hippidelicious dinner option for you and the family!
Ingredients
- 1 220g container ofHippidippi Muhammara
- 2 courgettes
- 400g penne pasta
- Pinch of salt
- Chopped parsley
- Chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Add the pasta to a pot of boiling salted water.
- Slice the courgettes lengthwise and then cut into 1-2 cm thick half-moon chunks.
- With 2 minutes of cooking time left, add the courgettes to the pasta.
- Drain the pasta and courgettes, reserving 1/2 cup pasta water.
- Add the dip, toss, loosen with pasta water if necessary, sprinkle with parsley and walnuts, and serve.
