Ingredients (4 servings)
- 1 container Hippidippi Hummus Formosa
- 450g of mixed mushrooms, such as oyster, button, pine, and portobello
- 2 tbsp olive oil and/or butter
- 3 cloves chopped garlic
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- A pinch of salt
- A sprinkling of lemon zest
- Parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Clean mushrooms if necessary by wiping with a paper towel.
2. Heat up olive oil and/or butter in a pan over medium heat.
3. Add mushrooms to the pan and toss with the oil/butter.
4. Sauté for 4-5 minutes, stirring only occasionally.
5. Add the red wine vinegar, soy sauce, and the garlic and cook for another 4-5 minutes, stirring more often
6. Spread the Hummus Formosa on a plate, more thickly towards the edges, less so in the centre.
7. Fill the centre with the sautéed mushrooms.
8. Sprinkle with lemon zest and parsley.
